Durban SPAR Ladies Race Results

The 2012 edition of the Durban SPAR Ladies race has come to a close. Nearly 13 000 ladies, and confused men, crossed the finish line in either the 5km run/walk or 10km run/walk event. The race was run in perfect east coast warm winter conditions, with hardly a breeze. The 10km race was won by René Kalmer (33:25), followed by Rutendo Nyahora (34:26) in 2nd and third was Irvette van Blerk (34:39). Some 24 Runners ran a sub 40 minute race and 85 managed a sub 50 minute race.
