ASA Coaches Databasis Registration

Athletics SA is taking the first steps in creating a comprehensive database of everybody involved in athletics. Other similar forms will therefore follow in the near future to enable us to expand the database to include athletes (current and historic), officials, administrators, agents, etc. The forms will also be available on the Athletics SA website.

We ask all coaches to please complete the registration form and forward it to ASA. We kindly ask everybody in the athletic fraternity to take heed of this request and inform coaches who may not have access to the internet or who are coaching in the community but are not affiliated with any club or institution. We really want to reach each and every person who can contribute to athletics as a whole.

Athletics SA is also in the process of forming part of the WRA (Willing, Ready and Able process) and the South African Coaching Framework (coaches, officials and administrators), as required by SASCOC. Our involvement will be on various levels but in order to contribute to the proposed framework we would appreciate the necessary input from the various parties concerned. The first step being the completion of the forms and creating a database.
